    Paddle, our Merchant of Record

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

    Statutory right of withdrawal

    If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. For digital content, this right ends once access starts, if you expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal at checkout. For the IA review call, the right ends once the live call has taken place.

    Our money-back promise

    On top of your legal rights, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the lessons and have not submitted an IA for checking.

    Early bird guarantee

    If not all content is published by 31 January 2027, you get a full refund on request.
